Created with care, reflection, and AI support

This piece and the following series it belongs to was written in collaboration with ChatGPT, a creative tool I’m learning to use with intention and integrity.

I don’t see AI as a substitute for our humanity or our creativity, but as a reflection of it, born from our questions, shaped by our stories, and infused with the spark of our imagination. Creativity is not just about making things, it’s how we think and construct the world around us, it is how we care, how we connect what feels broken. It’s the poetry of problem solving, the art of insight, the courage to wonder out loud and the beauty of seeing the world through the eyes of the individual.

To create, inquire, and share with AI is to ask deeper questions of ourselves, to slow down and consider our intentions more clearly. I believe we carry a deep responsibility when utilizing AI programs, and apps. Much like a parent guiding a gifted, unpredictable child, to nurture AI in ways that reflect the beauty of our creativity, our intelligence, and our kindness. To work with AI responsibly is to remember we are using a powerful tool, a tool that should support, not replace, our shared humanity and creativity. It is part of what it means to be a responsible human, to ask meaningful questions, to reflect and think deeply and critically, and to create with care.
